3. Payment Terms

All payments for our services are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Pay all fees associated with your selected services

• Accept responsibility for all charges incurred on your payment method
• Understand that payment processing is subject to Razorpay's security protocols
• Accept that unauthorized transactions should be reported immediately

Payment Security: We do not store your complete payment card information. All payment data is securely processed and stored by Razorpay in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: Before beginning any fitness or health program with FuFuTurtles, you should consult with your physician. Our coaching services are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You participate in our programs at your own risk and acknowledge that:

5. Community Events Disclaimer

Community Events: FuFuTurtles organizes various community events, group runs, and fitness activities. By participating in any community event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your participation is entirely voluntary
• FuFuTurtles takes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during community events
• You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your safety
• You are responsible for your own fitness level and ability to participate
• FuFuTurtles is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your participation in community events

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by coaches
• Respect other participants and coaching staff
• Not share login credentials or access codes
• Use our services only for their intended purpose

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy varies by service type. All refunds are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay:

• Individual sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice required for full refund
• Monthly memberships: 7-day cancellation notice required; pro-rated refunds applicable
• Digital products: No refunds unless the product is defective or not delivered
• Program packages: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
• Events: Refunds for events are subject to the specific refund rules applicable to each event, as communicated at the time of registration. Event cancellations by FuFuTurtles due to unforeseen circumstances will result in full refunds

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Dispute Resolution: For payment disputes, please contact us first. If unresolved, you may raise a chargeback with your bank or contact Razorpay customer support.

• Delivery timeframes vary by location (5-15 business days for domestic orders)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable
